Michaela joined the Mortgage Industry over 20 years ago, with prior experience in real estate and commercial property development. Soon after making the transition, she became a consistently-ranked Top Producer. Her knack for mortgage lending has lead to various executive roles throughout her career; including Branch Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operations Officer.

Michaela is an outstanding educator, with a passion for helping her borrowers achieve the dream of homeownership, as well as meeting financial goals. Michaela is the daughter of Dan and Laura Kiel, owners of Kiel Mortgage. Being a part of the homebuyer process is truly rewarding for Michaela and her family. After all, a home is where “life” happens and memories are made. Having been a navy wife for twelve years, Michaela is no stranger to moving/finding new homes. Her husband has since settled in as a commercial airline pilot. Together, they enjoy boating and spending time with their two cats. Michaela enjoys skiing and running, with several half-marathons and one full marathon under her belt.
