One of the most important things to us was how quickly Ric responded to every question! I had checked into other lending agencies and they were high pressure and frankly tried to use some scare tactics. Ric was just the opposite and easy to work with; he answered questions patiently and went out of his way to help me understand the entire mortgage process. I have, and will continue to recommend Kiel Mortgage to anyone I can- Ric is a peach! AND he likes country music, so that clenched it right there. Thanks to all at Kiel!
