Our hearts and prayers go out to the families and children of the fallen officer’s in Lakewood. We are devastated that such a horrific act of violence has touched those who protect and serve us.  We hope that justice is swift and pray for healing during this extremely difficult time. A big congratulations to Laura & Dan Kiel for completing the Seattle Half-Marathon! They walked 13.1 miles and did an amazing job with the hilly terrain! Their dedication to living a healthy life style is an inspiration to all! We also applaud Michaela and Danny Eulberg for running the half-marathon this year! Daily training enabled them to truly excel and we couldn’t be any prouder!!! WAY TO GO  Kiel Mortgage Board Members!

Board Members to participate in Seattle Marathon 2009

Board members of Kiel Mortgage which includes: Laura Kiel, Dan Kiel and Michaela Eulberg will be participating in the Seattle Marathon on Sunday, November 29th 2009!! Sam Kelly from SPIRIT 105.3 has decided to join them along with other friends and family! We are very proud of Laura, Dan and Michaela’s commitment to living a healthy lifestyle and to their dedicated training regimen. Check back for after Marathon pictures and updates!!!

Obama signs bill that extends Homebuyer tax credit

According to CNN Money President Obama signed a bill that will extend the $8,000 homebuyer tax credit to contracts signed by April 30 and closed by June 30. The controversial credit, which many say has boosted home sales in recent months, was set to expire after Nov. 30. The bill also creates a $6,500 credit for those who buy a home after living in their current house at least five years. That measure will apply to contracts signed by April 30 and closed by June 30. The current credit defines a first-time homebuyer as someone who has not owned a residence within the past three years. The credit will be available only for the purchase of principal residences priced at $800,000 or less. For the full article please read:
