Mortgage rates fall again

According to the Associated Press interest rates for 30-year home loans dropped for the third-straight week. They inched toward a record low reached earlier this year; Freddie Mac said on Thursday. Mortgage rates averaged 5.14 percent this week, down from 5.2 percent last week. Last year at this time, the average rate for a 30-year mortgage averaged 6.26 percent. The Seattle Rock “n” Roll Marathon & 1/2 Marathon was held Saturday, June 27th 2009. CONGRATULATIONS to Laura Kiel, President of Kiel Mortgage; Dan Kiel, Chief Executive Officer and Michaela Eulberg, Senior Vice President for training for and completing the 1/2 Marathon course!!!!!!!!! Your co-workers are very proud!!!!!! There were 25,000 participants who helped to raise money for the Lymphoma Association which is a cause that Kiel Mortgage supports wholeheartedly.
